Hi, I’m Kai

I’m the one who answers the phone, shows up at your door, and climbs the ladder with the squeegee. I started Pane in the Glass because I love leaving things better than I found them, and nothing beats the sight of glass so clean you forget it’s there.

I didn’t teach myself this trade. I trained under a mentor who has spent years in the cleaning business. He taught me the right techniques, showed me what truly clean looks like, and modeled how to treat customers well. He then helped me build a business of my own, and everything he taught me goes into every job I do.

Since it’s just me, nothing slips through the cracks. There are no call centers and no rotating crews, just one person who genuinely cares about streak-free glass and stands behind every pane. If you notice anything off within 24 hours of a job, I’ll come back and fix it for free. That isn’t fine print; it’s simply how I’d want to be treated.
